Sephora’s Spring Savings Event is here, and if you’re looking to get (or give) unbiased shopping advice and inspiration on how to build your baskets, you’ve come to the right place! The Complete Breakdown Of The Sale

If you’re Rouge like us, you can shop starting Friday, 4/9 with a 20% discount in-store or online with the code OMGSPRING. If you’re VIB, you get 15% off starting Tuesday, 4/13, and if you’re an Insider, you can get 10% off starting Thursday, 4/15. And for the first time ever, everyone will get 30% off Sephora Collection starting 4/9 through 4/19 – no additional code required.

If this is your first Sephora Beauty Insider, don't worry — it's pretty straightforward. First off, it's totally free to become a Beauty Insider (so if you haven't already signed up, do it pronto). Your Rouge, VIB, or Insider tier depends on how much you spend in a calendar year. 

If you have Rouge (you spend at least $1,000 per year) or VIB status (at least $350 per year), lucky you: You get to shop the Spring Savings Event earlier, longer, and with a deeper discount than Insider members.

Here's where you call up all of your friends to find out who has Rouge status and ask them for a little favor. Seriously! On April 9 and 10, Rouge members can bring a VIB or Insider member as a guest into the store and they'll be able to enjoy the 20 percent discount as well. 

If you don't feel comfortable shopping in person, no worries. Simply hop on over to sephora.com and use the code OMGSPRING. It couldn't be easier to save big bucks on your favorite beauty products. Plus, the majority of Sephora Collection products are 30 percent off between April 9 and 19 for Beauty Insiders only. But the tiered savings can't be combined with this promotion.

About VIB Insider Sales

Sephora already held two VIB Insider sales in 2021: the first in January and the second in April. At the earlier sale, members had the opportunity to exchange points for extra discounts. During the spring event, members received 10%, 15% or 20% off their purchases, depending on their tier.

In June, Sephora held a VIB Insider preview sale, allowing members to earn extra points on their purchases.

Sephora beauty insider sale 2021 dates

We're expecting to see at least two more Sephora Insider sales in 2021. The next one should be in August, followed by a pre-Black Friday sale happening at the start of November.

The August event will allow members to earn extra points, with Insiders getting 2 points per $1, VIB members getting 3 points per $1 and Rouge members getting 4 points per $1.

Even though this event probably won't offer any extra discounts, you don't want to miss it because you can earn so many points ahead of the November 2021 sale, ultimately saving you even more money.

What is Sephora Spring Savings Event, and when is it?

Spring Savings Event is one of two seasonal savings events held each year where you (Beauty Insider members) get a special discount just for being part of loyalty program!

Are there any exclusions to my Spring Savings Event discount?

Promotion is not valid on The Ordinary products, MAC Cosmetics VIVA GLAM products, NUDESTIX Anti-Bacterial Hand Sanitizer Gel products. Clients are limited to the purchase of one dyson item and five Morphe items per SKU per transaction. Not valid on in-store services, previous purchases, purchases of gift cards, gift wrapping, packaging, taxes, or shipping and handling charges. Sephora Collection is also excluded from the Spring Savings discount, but remember, you’ll get an even better discount, so you’re not missing out!

Can I combine the Spring Savings Event discount with other offers or promotions?

Your Spring Savings Event discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or rewards. Although you won’t be able to get an extra discount on top of your 30% off Sephora Collection, you will be able to use your Spring Savings discount on all other eligible merchandise and get your 30% off Sephora Collection offer in the same transaction.

How do I get 30% off Sephora Collection?

Online, after logging in to your Beauty Insider account, add any Sephora Collection merchandise to your basket and the items will automatically be discounted. In store, mention your phone number or email associated with your Beauty Insider account alongside the offer to a Beauty Advisor when you’re checking out—they’ll make sure you’re getting your discount.

Where can I shop?

You can shop in any open store and online in the US and Canada and in any open Sephora inside JCPenney stores. Don’t forget, your Spring Savings Event and Sephora Collection discounts are both eligible on Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders!

How many times can I use my discount?

As many times you’d like! Sephora Spring Savings Event is unlimited use in store and online—just use code OMGSPRING. The same applies to Sephora Collection 30% off, which does not require a code.

Can I combine my Rouge Reward, my Credit Card Reward, or my Credit Card first purchase discount with the Spring Savings Event or Sephora Collection discount?

You will not be able to combine the Spring Savings Event discount with Rouge Reward, Credit Card Rewards, or Credit Card first purchase discount. However, you will be able to combine your Rouge Reward, Credit Card Rewards, or Credit Card first purchase discount with your Sephora Collection 30% off discount. Credit Card Rewards are available in the US only.

I am a Credit Card holder and have a 15% first purchase discount. Can I save that for later and use the Spring Savings Event discount now?

Yes. You can choose to use your Spring Savings Event discount now and save your Credit Card 15% off first purchase discount for later, but don’t forget to use your Credit Card 15% off promotion within 30 days of being approved. And you will still earn 4% back on your Spring Savings Event purchase when you use either your Sephora Credit Card or Sephora Visa Card to make your Sephora purchase!

Is the Sephora Credit Card Program available in Canada?

The Sephora Credit Card Program is currently available in the US, and you must have a US address to apply for a card. We do not offer the Sephora Credit Card Program in Canada, and Credit Card Rewards cannot be redeemed in Sephora Canada stores. The Sephora Credit Card cannot be used to make purchases in Sephora Canada stores or on sephora.ca. The Sephora Visa Credit Cards will earn 1% back in rewards on purchases made at Sephora Canada stores and anywhere else Visa is accepted.

What does earning 2X Credit Card Rewards mean?

Cardmembers who make a purchase during the Spring Savings Event earn 8% back ($10 for every $125 spent) in Sephora Credit Card Rewards. Offer is exclusive to Sephora Visa® or Sephora credit card holders enrolled in the Sephora Credit Card Rewards program.

Where is the Spring Savings Event and Sephora Collection discount valid?

Both promotions are valid on merchandise purchases made in Sephora US stores, Sephora Canada stores, Sephora inside JCPenney stores, and on sephora.com and sephora.ca. The offer is not valid on jcp.com, Instacart, or Instagram Shopping.

What else do I need to know?
