UNIONBAY Shopping Policy
They offer free shipping on all orders over $74.99. Any order less than the minimum amount will incur a $4.95 shipping charge. Standard orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. They usually process orders the same day if placed before noon. The standard shipping can take anywhere from one to eight days to reach destinations inside the United States. For expedited deliveries, UNIONBAY also offers Two-Day and One-Day guaranteed delivery at an additional cost.
UNIONBAY Return Policy
They allow you to return the items within 60 days of the purchase. Once the return is received, the will refund the amount excluding any shipping fee. Unless store credit is chosen, the payment will be credit back to the original payment source.
