Lululemon Featherweight 900-Down-Fill Puffer Jacket review
Okay, so, this lululemon Featherweight Down Jacket? It's seriously light. Like, they call it "featherweight" and they're not kidding. It feels even lighter than the Define jacket, which is crazy. It's like wearing nothing, super comfy, like a cloud. Way better than the Wunder Puff – you can actually move in this thing.
It's got 900-fill-power goose down, so it's seriously warm. The fill power is legit, it really does keep you toasty. Good enough for winter down south, but I'm not sure about up north – might be a little chilly.
They put a little storage bag in the pocket, which is genius for packing it away when you're traveling or if you get too warm. Plus, there's a drawstring so you can cinch the waist and, you know, show off your figure. There's a little logo on the sleeve, but nothing too flashy.
Layering? No problem! The Wunder Puff can be a pain to layer – the collar chokes you and it feels tight. But this one? Perfect with a scuba or Define jacket. No issues at all.
Sizing? Okay, so everyone says it runs huge, but honestly? It's just kinda…puffy. The length and sleeves aren't actually that long. It just looks big. Don't go down a size, you'll regret it. I got an XS and it fits perfectly.
The only downsides? It's expensive. But, honestly, for a 900-fill-power down jacket, it's not that bad. And, the zipper… I haven't had any problems yet, but I'm a little worried it might snag on the fabric eventually.
