Why is the Down and Around Vest so popular?
It totally changes how you feel about cold weather. This vest is packed with goose down and has stretchy fabric, so it's super comfy and warm, perfect for getting through winter and making some good memories!
The DiamondStretch fabric is awesome – it stretches in two directions and has 700 fill power goose down, so it's light but still keeps you toasty!
The ThermoChannel construction keeps the down in place so you get even warmth without looking all puffy.
The fabric on the sides is soft and stretchy, too.
Plus, it has zipper pockets with a hidden card pocket, a classic cut, and it's hip length.
That's how I really feel about it.
I went to the outlet mall around Christmas and Lululemon didn't have much good on sale, but I lucked out this time. They had the Down for Around vest in purple and rose red, and the down long sleeve only came in rose red, but that was still sweet. If you bought five things, you got 20% off, which is like getting over 40% off the original price. And they had all the sizes!
So, I grabbed a couple of things to get the discount: a purple vest and a rose red long sleeve. I'll keep an eye out for the black and linen ones if they go on sale.
I'm 5'1" and weigh about 180 lbs, and the size 2 fits great with a cashmere sweater underneath. A size 0 might work too, but I don't really need it. It'll be perfect for spring, so I'm hoping to snag it at a super low price!
