HOKA Stinson 7 Men's Trail - Running Shoes review
I got the second - gen HOKA Stinson shoes about nine years back. Crazy thing is, I've logged over 1,000 kilometers in 'em, and they're still holding up! Now, the new Stinson? Its sole's almost 40 millimeters thick. Out of all the HOKA trail - running shoes, this one's got some of the best shock - absorption.
It's great for all kinds of runners. Ultra - marathoners, they'll dig it. And if you're just a casual runner looking for a comfy ride, it's perfect for you too. Whether you're taking a chill walk on the street or gearing up for a tough off - road run, that soft CMEVA foam midsole really takes care of your feet. It gives you top - notch shock - absorption and protection, no matter what kind of surface you're on. And that cool H - frame design? It makes you feel super stable, so you can handle those bumpy terrains without a second thought.
The sole looks like it's about 5 centimeters thick. When I put these shoes on, I'm like, “Hey, I'm almost 185cm tall now!”
Only thing I'm not too crazy about is that it doesn't have a Vibram sole. It just doesn't feel as tough as it could be. But to be honest, I probably won't use it for off - road runs anyway. The white upper gets dirty so easily, and it's a real pain to clean. But for wearing with my regular clothes and doing short - distance road runs, it's pretty awesome.
