Arc'teryx Lightweight Bird Head Toque review
So, I grabbed the Arc'teryx Lightweight Bird Head Toque, and it's perfect for those in-between days. It's made of a cotton and polyester blend, so it's not super stretchy, and it doesn't have any fleece lining.
This "lightweight" version is definitely lighter than the wool winter hat they make with the same name. It's made with Coolmax yarn, which makes it great for cool weather, but not when it's really cold. It's also unlined and breathable, so it's easy to fold up and stick in your pocket.
One thing that's a little tricky is that it looks a lot like the Grotto Toque. They have a similar design, so it's easy to mix them up. But the Lightweight Bird Head Toque is way thinner and lighter than the Grotto. Just something to watch out for if you're looking at both.
